Advanced Shade Systems has been fortuntate to work with Fox & Bell Group to develop a range of shade and waterproof membranes for the Victoria Point Lakeside lifestyle complex. Over a period of seven years, we have been engaged to design and construct a number of products including:

• Car park shade structures to cover 172 vehicles
• A large barrel-vault roof membrane over the arcade walkway
• A large vinyl roof membrane structure over the outdoor dining area outside Aldi
• 15 permanent waterproof umbrellas over the outdoor dining area which overlooks the lake
• Three vinyl roofed outdoor seating areas fitted with clear PVC zip track blinds
• 12 waterproof window awnings over the shop fronts within the arcade (asethictic purpose)
